Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Availability: Orders of $50 or more
  • Best for: Budget-conscious customers not requiring expedited delivery

Please Note: We ship globally but cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the delivery date for eligible items.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet these conditions:

  • In original packaging with all seals intact
  • Unopened and completely unused
  • In the same pristine condition as when received
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products once opened:

  • Opened coffee products (Classic Capsules, Flavoured Capsules, DECAF COFFEE, COFFEE TINS)
  • COFFEE GIFTS that have been opened or partially used
  • Any food or beverage items with broken seals
  • Apparel and accessories that show signs of wear or have been used

Return & Exchange Process

1 Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your return/exchange request.

2 Provide Information: Include your order number, items to return/exchange, and reason for the request.

3 Receive Instructions: We’ll email you within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.

4 Ship Items: Package your items securely and ship to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

5 Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refund Information

Refund Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
