All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your complete payment card information.

4.3 Pricing

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping – $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping – via EMS for orders of $50 or more (15-25 business days after shipment)

5.2 Delivery Areas

We ship globally but cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

5.3 Risk of Loss

All items purchased from our Site are delivered by carrier. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the delivery date for eligible items. To qualify for return or exchange:

• Items must be in original packaging with all seals intact
• Items must be unopened and completely unused
• Items must be in the same pristine condition as when received
• Original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

• Opened coffee products (Classic Capsules, Flavoured Capsules, DECAF COFFEE, COFFEE TINS)
• COFFEE GIFTS that have been opened or partially used
• Any food or beverage items with broken seals
• Apparel and accessories that show signs of wear or have been used

6.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery
2. Provide your order number, items to return/exchange, and reason
3. We’ll email you return authorization and shipping instructions within 2 business days
4. Ship items securely to the address provided (return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility)
5. We process refunds or exchanges within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting your return

6.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return and are issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of A Great Coffee Shop or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The “A Great Coffee Shop” name and logo are trademarks of our company.
